The service, led by the owner Ximena and her attentive staff, goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The location is central yet peaceful, offering a perfect retreat from the town center. The dining experience is exceptional, surpassing even 4 and 5-star hotels in Colombia. However, the facilities could benefit from some enhancements, and the price may be considered a bit high for some travelers.
